After spending time with us and listening to what our requirements were, they made measurements, and took pictures of the current layout.           From my point of view the contract I had with Hicks was a terrible value. First off when speaking with family that lives in Metro D.C. it blew my mind to find out that they were paying far less for landscaping services in Metro D.C. than I was in Wendell, NC. The quality of workmanship is pretty much nonexistent. My lawn constantly looked poor and unkept.
