This company is unethical and does not stand behind their work. We have done $100,000 worth of work with them and I would NEVER use them again. They claim to be a full service landscaping company, but in practice they use subcontractors for much of their work, but they don't tell you that. Their subcontractors generally do poor quality work, both in terms of materials and workmanship. They probably use them because they are cheap. I am not one to post comments, but this warrants an exception. Hicks Landscape has been maintaining our yard for the past 10+ years. We have never experienced an issue related to quality of work. I have always found Hicks to be fairly and competitively priced, and the team that visits our home each week is professional, and very conscientious. Hicks Landscape has been out to my home and business for numerous projects through the years. Be it weekly maintenance or one off projects they have always done me right with quality work and quality landscape material. There office staff and sales staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I have especially like working with them through the years because they are local and family owned.
