I had two window panes replaced. They were both 5 stars. However, I had two large screens redone. One came back nice, done correctly. The second was loose and large pucker’s on the screen. (They had been delivered to me). I took the poorly replaced screen back to get adjusted. When I pick it up today, there were more puckers, the frame was bowed where they tried to adjust it and the frame itself had a kink in it. I was told the bow in the frame is what happens when tightening the screen ... Read more

Talked with Andy about new shower doors and mirrors, before Christmas. They seemed to have a fair price for the products, went ahead and ordered. Took awhile to get product in during the holidays. Istall time came around said they would take care of any issues as many times as it took to make us happy. Had to come back twice to adjust shower door for swing and leaks, at time of installation installers said we could take out mirror clips after 7 days and that the glue would then hold the oval m...
