Judd's was absolutely awesome. A bunch of knucklehead USAFA cadets—including my own son—decided to play football inside my cabin and predictably busted a window pane in our front door. Judd's completely rearranged their schedule to accommodate the brief window when I'd be in town. To top it off, the tech asked what year the cadets were graduating, laughed, and handed me a couple of extra pre-cut panes for 'the next football game' over the next few years. I had shower glass installed by Judd's in Dec of 2024. By the next day the shower door had slid down and slightly outward so that the bottom of the glass was hitting the shower basin when I tried to open it. The techs came back out and adjusted it. That worked for less than a month and they came back out to adjust/ retighten it. About six weeks later it had slid back down. On that third service call they raised the glass on the other side, replaced the part of the top hinge that holds the glass ...
