We had issues with a couple of our double pane windows. The top window wasnt staying up on one and wasn't locked in place on the other. Today was supposed to be an estimate but Andy was able, with much persistence and expertise,to fix them on the spot. This was a relief because of a forecast of rain. Other companies weren't able to come out until next week or the following week. Andy made some good recommendations and his fee was reasonable.
