We appreciate that Judd’s glass was willing to work with us on an unusual window replacement project. The work crew was professional and did a good job installing the windows. They corrected a mistake due to mismeasuring a window. However, they were very slow to schedule and the communication was poor. They had to reschedule a couple of times but didn’t tell us until end of day after we had stayed home waiting for them. A project that started in August didn’t finish until December.
