Replaced 2 widows. 1 had a defect in the glass. When it was pointed out they replaced the window without question. Both the phone service and installation technicians were excellent.
Easy, fast service. Wait time due to ordering glass replacement and sliding screen door..
The technician was professional, friendly and the work was done within 3 hours. Called to ask if he could come earlier (11 vrs 1). Sliding screen door installation along with replacement of sliding glass and glass dining room window.
