I had shower glass installed by Judd's in Dec of 2024. By the next day the shower door had slid down and slightly outward so that the bottom of the glass was hitting the shower basin when I tried to open it. The techs came back out and adjusted it. That worked for less than a month and they came back out to adjust/ retighten it. About six weeks later it had slid back down. This review contains inaccurate and misleading factual claims. The reviewer states that the glass was “never properly installed” and “faulty from the beginning.” Our records show that Judd’s Glass & Mirror returned multiple times, adjusted the door, and replaced hardware/gasket-related components in good faith. The hinges installed are rated for a door significantly heavier than this shower door. Repeated slipping after multiple adjustments and replacement parts is not consistent with the reviewer’s factual claim that the original installation was improper. The review presents speculation and disputed technical conclusions as fact, which is misleading to consumers.
