I was able to find their location and had positive phone contact with several people at the shop. My request for custom cut glass for an antique door was finished very fast, and sharp edges were ground to safety for handling. My glass wrapping was inadequate so two people rigged up a very nice safety sleeve and I had help positioning it in the car for its transport.
