I was able to find their location and had positive phone contact with several people at the shop. My request for custom cut glass for an antique door was finished very fast, and sharp edges were ground to safety for handling.
My glass wrapping was inadequate so two people rigged up a very nice safety sleeve and I had help positioning it in the car for its transport. It came with several little square tabs attached to the glass.

Poor communication. Frustrating to discover window balancers were sitting in the shop and they didn't find out who it was for. It took an in person visit to learn this. I'm not sure when I would have heard from Judd without this vist. Two months waiting to have window balancers replaced was out of character from our previous experience with Judd.

Very positive experience all the way around; from first visit for measurements thru install of 3 new windows. Installer (Jude) was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. Cleaned as he worked, leaving everything pristine. Would highly recommend this company.
