We really enjoyed the crew that came out to measure, and much later install our new shower glass. They were true professionals in every sense of the word.
Our only disappointment was in the amount of time the project took, and lack of communication during the process. I found it impossible to contact a representative on the phone, and ended up texting my concerns.

Hi Mark, this is Andy the owner, I left you a voicemail. We are really proud of your shower. We apologize about the timeline that etching had to be redone and we had rejected the Glass a couple times due to imperfections. We strive for quality, and sometimes it comes at the cost of timelines. I’ve communicated concerns with our supplier on quality control, and since have improved, the quality of what is being delivered to us. Thank you
