I had a bad seal in a large window, called Judd's Glass for a replacement. They installed it originally so it was under warranty. Jessica in the office was great about following up, ordered the replacement and scheduled the installation. It was a 4 hour window and the techs - who were very friendly and professional - showed up at 9 a.m. and replacement and clean-up were done within 45 minutes.
