I had two window panes replaced. They were both 5 stars. However, I had two large screens redone. One came back nice, done correctly. The second was loose and large pucker’s on the screen. (They had been delivered to me). I took the poorly replaced screen back to get adjusted. When I pick it up today, there were more puckers, the frame was bowed where they tried to adjust it and the frame itself had a kink in it.
