We've been real happy with our windows from Lifetime. We recently had our first issue after a few years, with some paint peeling from direct sunlight. Justin came out to resolve. He was on time, friendly, and did the touch-up on the spot. He also noticed something we hadn't and is working to set up another time for a tech to come out with the needed materials so it can be resolved.
