I had a very good experience from initial quote to installation. We had a small issue that was quickly resolved with the help of Pedro, the regional manager. He provided the perfect liaison between me the contractors and home office. Communication was quick and efficient. Now waiting for winter to experience the insulation the new windows provide!
Pedro Rivera was/is our Project Manger. He is excellent. He is very receptive to questions and concerns regarding installation issues. He goes above and beyond regarding follow up. He drives many miles every day but makes time to stop when needed and if he can't he contacts you as to the reason why and when he will be able to come. We are so glad he's got our back!!
