I cannot comment on the quality or install as they simply lost my scheduled appointment, twice. I schedule an in home appointment for a quote on a whole home window replacement. The day before I hadn’t received a confirmation call so I called to confirm. I was told that I wasn’t on the calendar. So I scheduled an appointment. We ordered 3 sets of sliding glass doors and 7 large picture windows. Lifetime said it would take less than a week to complete this job however, it took nearly 6 months. About 7 months after the job was completed we noticed one of the picture windows had failed and moisture had found its way between the panes. We called Liftetime and it took 6 months to get someone to come out and look at the window. Okay, I don’t post reviews unless it is worth taking time out of our busy family life and jobs to warrant it. We absolutely love the new Anlin sliding door. Bruce came out and educated us on the process of purchasing a sliding door for our house. Bruce was professional and easy to talk to. Jason and Dallin were awesome! Did a great job installing and were courteous the entire time they were here. The job was done in 2 days and we replaced every single window and sliding glass door in our home! It’s a little more expensive than most companies but the warranty and quality of work totally beats them all out!
