Had a sliding door replaced a couple months ago and the install looks like a child did it. Mismatched colors on hardware, door is not level, screen door is not seated correctly, screws put in where no holes were in the frame that called for screws, poor caulking job, they cut part of the frame to get the new door in and did not cover up the area before cutting and i had saw dust EVERYWHERE. Employees were totally awesome and professional. They were prompt and worked their butts off to get the job done. Then a week later they came to repair stucco around the windows and the guys were great and again here when they said they’d be. We are so I Pressed with the windows and what a HUGE difference it has made in our house. Thank you life time windows and doors and thanks Costco for having them in your store!!!!
