Who knew Lifetime Windows also did doors?! We had our basement remodeled a few years ago. That company replaced the exterior door to the basement with an interior door. Justin replaced three window panes. He was fast, courteous, and cleaned up afterwards. I was concerned that the instructions for the windows said not to use a razor blade to clean them (what if I get paint on them?) He explained that it was Ok to use a razor blade because the coatings are actually on the inside. However, if you are not careful you can scratch the glass. He said to wet the glass first. Very useful advice.

The installers were awesome. They kept to the schedule that they told us up front and cleaned up very good both days. They were very profesional and knew what they were doing.

I would not recommend this company to ANYONE. We received their information from the home and garden show. We scheduled to have them come out and provide a quote on a bathroom remodel and new doors. We were promised $0 down, 0% interest, and 0 payments for 24 months, and it’s available for all of our home improvement services (which is currently being advertised on their website).
