Spent a lot of money on new windows. We did not want retro-fit and we’re ensured they would rebuild the frames. They did retro-fit anyway, claiming it wasn’t retro-fit because they did stucco patch. Several of the windows are installed unevenly resulting in a gap where they open. They mis-measured a window and we still haven’t received it.
