Process from sales to installation was great, kept in the loop with shipping expectations. One window was delivered with broken glass and ordered replacement immediately, to be installed in approximately 6-8 weeks from that day. In the meantime, different window leaked in a rainstorm, discovered another window installed crooked and now needs to be taken out and reinstalled properly. Jason & Dallin installed my windows in my house today and I must say these two gentlemen were very courteous, hardworking and efficient. They set themselves up as well as cleaned up after themselves, gave me proper advice for care of the windows after install, and were just all around professional in their duties.
