Actually negative stars. Received a quote. Did not to go with them cost was a factor. But now 3-4 month later I am still getting call from 720 *** 1177 wanting to know about my project blew it off first few time I understand 12-16 weeks later of hounding. Very bad business practice. I would cancel just for that reason alone.
I purchased new windows to replace a couple of static windows back in 2015. I bought double hung, triple paned, low e, tilt in windows. I have used them and enjoyed being able to get the heat out of the house by lowering the top window, or catching a breeze with the bottom window. I had a bird smack into the screen and puncture it, but didn't bother with calling the company until I snapped the dookickies off that hold the window in place while cleaning them.
