We used Lifetime to replace 4 windows in our condo, one of which was a garden window. We specifically chose to use them because they had the ability to sell and install the garden window. We received our quote in December of 2020. The project was not completed until the summer of 2021. The initial 3 slide windows were installed smoothly; however, when trying to install the garden window, they realized they mismeasured and had to put our old window back in. Lifetime Windows were very communicative about fabrication and install times for windows. The window quality is great, and has improved the heating/cooling of my home. I had a slight issue post installation, and Larry Peters was very helpful regarding getting this issue fixed. Due to their after install care, I would recommend them to anyone looking for windows replacements.

Darian came to fix the lock on our patio door. He was very professional, friendly, and right on time ( and called in advance too). He had it all fixed in about 15 minutes. Very pleased. We had all our windows replaced by Lifetime last year. The installation was all very neat and the windows are all working well.

Customer service is top notch. I had some wind damage to my roof and Denis came out to take a look and give me an estimate. He was prompt, engaging, attentive and answered all of the questions I had regarding insurance and financing. I opted to go the repair route for now (for insurance reasons only) but will be replacing my roof in the next few years and calling Lifetime Roof & Solar to do the job.
