We had our windows replaced two weeks ago and it has made such a difference in keeping our house cool. There was an issue with the sliding back door locking mechanism, so we called Lifetime and Mike H came over and fixed the issue in no time. He was also really helpful in showing us how to function the windows, and what to use if they got a bit stiff. Thank you!

They do a good job with cookie cutter type showers, but not custom. Had 2 showers done; one had a cracked pea trap so ended up with a leak in the kitchen ceiling. Said they wouldn’t pay for painting of ceiling. After being adamant they did. The second shower was measured wrong so after tearing out the old shower pan had to wait another 3 weeks. At this point neither shower was usable. They said they would give me a $250 Gift card to favorite restaurant. When we got the card it was for $20... Read more

Absolutely an excellent experience from start to finish. Sales, measurements, double check of measurements, scheduling, and most certainly installation were exceptional. We re-stucco'd and repainted after completion of the windows and while that work was ok it was nothing close to the level of service provided by Lifetime.
