Update: After writing my original review, I was contacted by the service manager (Lonnie). He came to our house and inspected the job they had done and offered us a couple of options that he had hoped would make us happy. The first was to have one of their maintenance guys come out and fix everything and the second option consisted of them buying all of the materials for us and we would fix it ourselves. One of the best experiences in home improvement I've ever had! Robert, Bub, and AJ we're not just extremely knowledgeable and efficient, they were friendly and very considerate and kind. They shared my enthusiasm and made it a joyous experience. They cleaned so well it was nicer now than when they came. I have some physical difficulty, and they went above and beyond and did very thoughtful things like putting the blinds back, the porch chair, washer, etc. which was not required in the contract. ...Read more
