There is no way we will ever use Lifetime or recommend them to anyone I know ever again. The installation was messed up on so many levels that the 2 day install took from July 6th to Aug 19th to complete. The first team they sent were completely un-prepped for the job they were supposed to be doing and had already broken the $2k picture window in their truck on the way to our house. Had new James Hardie Board siding, facia, soffits (and gutters) installed by Lifetime. Was very impressed will all stages of the project. Dave did a good job with recommendations and the quote at the beginning. Marty was our project manager and he was great. Communicated well, knew the product and ins/outs of construction and was very responsive to my questions. Brandon Thisbis did a beautiful job on the staining and finish work. He was very particular and conscious. He checked in with us when waiting for materials so we felt taken care of. The staining matched exactly. Cleanup was done and no mess was left. Our new windows sparkle. Looks so nice.

We absolutely love our new siding and had a great experience with the installation team. Jerry & crew arrived bright-n-early every morning (7am/ish) and I swear worked all day long until about 6 or 7 each night. We have 3 dogs and the team was extremely accommodating and mindful of their bathroom needs through the process, that took Tues. - Fri., to get our entire house done.
