If you're going to cold call people on the do not call list and then just hang up when their call screening service answers, you're going to be reported as spam and blocked by the mobile phone carriers and call screening services. Just a friendly heads up. Don't call people who are on the do not call list. It's bad businesses practice and really puts your integrity into question.
