The job started off bad and they had the wrong crew putting up the siding. Then there was a very long wait for the product and for the job to start. About 10-12 weeks. Once they started they were trying to install the wrong product so another 4+ week wait. They showed up with just an insert to the siding to "correct the issue" but it did not work. Lifetime also has a solar installation team. I have been fighting with this company for 7 months to get my solar installation completed. After 2 months they hired another contractor to get this completed. But the biggest issue is they should have never recommended an over 10KW system as Xcel just does everything in their power to delay and hold this up. They should have known this. Big let down! I just purchased a house earlier this year and wanted to go through lifetime windows to have all 12 windows redone in my home. As much as they use all these great reviews to wave in your face the day of the consultation, once the process started and I paid some money down, no one contacted me and after 5 weeks I had to reach out to them. It was ridiculous ended up getting my money back and time wasted. They dont live up to the reviews. In my situation anyways....

There are not enough superlatives in my vocabulary to describe my experience with Lifetime Windows and Siding. They have worked on my 1921 brick bungalow literally from top to bottom. Lifetime has replaced the roof, all 31 windows, doors, gutters as well as painting the trim. My desire to keep the house as authentic as possible was not a problem for Lifetime at all.
