The service and materials were great. Unfortunately, we were promised a promotion that never arrived. We continuously called their customer service department and we're told several different excuses. They told us they would send us the materials but when they didn't arrive we called to call back number they gave us and found that it was disconnected. The windows are great. I couldn’t be happier. I haven’t received my utility bill as yet however I have noticed that there is a huge Cut down of noise.
I was also so impressed that Mickey called me to see if I was satisfied with everything.
