Salesperson took inaccurate measurements, factory sent wrong model doors so it took 5 months for install. Installers were great, product is excellent and management took responsibility and made things right.

We recently purchased 9 windows and a sliding door from Lifetime. We had some issues with some miscommunication between the sales person and management, and incorrect measurements that delayed the timeline. However, management honored what the salesperson had sold us without upcharging us, which we appreciated. The measurement issue was inconvenient, but it happens, and we were obviously willing to wait in order to get everything right.
