Terrible company. My Grandmother ordered 2 windows for her home and they have now come 3 times and they still don’t fit. The technician was nice, and tried to make it right by using foam blocks and caulking to reduce the draft. They said that there is nothing more they can do. They also had charged her credit card even though they told her they wouldn’t after her giving check for payment. We had a new patio door installed and some of it was faulty. Lifetime brought out a new door and Mike from the service department replaced it quickly and with no problems. He was courteous and professional. Lifetime did a great job!

Lifetime Bath & Shower recently completed a tub to walk-in shower conversion for use by my elderly mother. The people and process were great from start to finish. Stefan, Chris, Hallie, Bobby & Will made up the team. The installers were so kind to my mother and worked with her to make sure placement of the grab bars suited her needs! Mom is delighted with her new walk-in shower!
