We have a ranch home in Columbine Hills. Today, service technician Justin of Lifetime Windows was scheduled to come to my home for a screen installation and to take a look at windows (with troubles) the company previously installed. Justin connected within the timeframe I was advised a representative would connect. Justin informed me he was about ten minutes away, making sure I was available on site. I’ve been very happy with my windows. Recently had an issue with a few small items. Justin came today to fix. He was very responsive and on time. I liked that he showed me how it was fixed so if the issue arises again I know how to trouble shoot. He really exceeded my expectations!!
