They were very professional and friendly. They explained everything so we understood. Doug, Colton and Steve were all 3 great. The 3 things we would have changed were nothing the company did. They were decisions we made, that we would change had we put more thought into them. We chose a smaller lip for the base, wish we had chose one 5".
