We went with this company because they seemed to have good values and the lifetime warranty is what really drew us in - but after several ignored emails and voicemails about the abundance of mold in their “mold resistant” caulking on my $10k shower, I’m over it and probably won’t ever contact them again for any type of support because they have none to give.             They put up the wood on the outside of my house.now my outside lighting doesn't work.Will have to have an electrician check it out. They did a lousy job on mudding the inside windows.

            We had the best experience! Our installer Tony Douglas did a great job keeping us informed on what was happening throughout the project, it even took an entire day less than the projected 3 days and it took way less for our custom glass doors to come in as well!
