            First off the customer service was very good, they were responsive and professional. Unfortunately for our overall experience with installation and final product does not warrant a 5 star review. The initial installation of our tub and shower surround looked amazing, minus the fact that the back panel grout lines didn't match(we paid extra for tile look).
