I was very pleased with the helpfulness of Tim Beaty. He resolved the problem quickly & was very friendly.
I inquired about a project online. I was called 3-4 times that Wednesday and finally set up an appointment. They called but did not leave a message 3-4 times Thursday and again called 3-4 times Friday to ensure we were set for our 9 am Saturday appointment. They never showed, never called and did not answer the phone at all on Saturday. I guess customer service is a lost art🤷🏽♀️
