This company came out to give an estimate on a 16 sq roof and the price came in at 13000, I had two other roofing companys come out using same materials and same warranty and got an 6200 to 6800 estimates.. I'm a contractor I kno the average cost on a 16 sq roof give and take a few hundred.. but 13000 dollar roof cmon...
