Will never use this company again. They replaced my roof 9/3/25 and pushed the vent pipe down into my utility room. The pipe is resting on the gas line to my furnace. Called, text sent pictures, a number of times to come out correct the problem nothing has been done. The sales rep. informed me over a week ago that someone would return my calls no one has. Reporting this to the license board for the State of Maryland.
I was really impressed by the Product Specialist Ricky Frank , he did explain me every stage in the process of renewing my bath by bringing some models, and using PowerPoint thecnology for demonstrations, and also was amazed with their quality materials of Loung Home. I paid almost twice as much as what the other estimates were for a new roof because of their 50 year warranty back in 2019. We had a roof leak in late July, 2025 and I called them about it. After a lot of pestering, they finally sent someone out in early August who said that it was a simple repair to the flashing but I have been effectively ghosted ever since.
