Installers did a beautiful job. They were kind, fast, respectful and knowledgeable. it is unfortunate that the lack of response from Long has been horrible. I had 2 issues - one was to find out the possibility of adding a feature (I was paying more) and an issue with my financing. I emailed and called multiple times no response. I thought I had found a partner to replace my other bathroom and install a fence in my yard.. ABSOLUTELY NOT.
