Here is what I think. When the job is finished they put a piece of paper in front of you to sign saying the work was completed satisfactorily. I don't think a homeowner should have to sign that if they cannot get on the roof to see if that is so. Without photos of the completed roof how are they to know if everything is in order? They promised upfront if there were any problems they have a team to address them. However, I called about a problem and they never responded.
I obtained an estimate for a bathroom shower upgrade and accepted the pricing offer. The work should start in four to six weeks.
Did everything as they said they would. Overall a good job
