Spoke to Tim H. about a leak in the ceiling we had last night from the heavy rain. He responded to my message super fast & took my information down. Then called back within 30 minutes, to let me know that he got an inspector scheduled to come out same day! Wonderful customer service! Just wanted to add, that Tim followed up after the roof repair & set up a date for the ceiling drywall to replaced. Once again, wonderful customer service!!!

Long after having a complete roofing job done by Long Roofing I discovered that an attic ventilator installed as part of that undertaking was not functioning. I contacted Long Roofing to notify them of the problem. They scheduled a specialist to come and deal with it. He arrived on schedule, analyzed the problem, repaired the device and assured me I was covered by their roofing warranty. Well done all around.
