James came to give us a quote, my kids were screaming it was chaos and he was AMAZING threw it all. Very transparent and honest which is more valuable to me than anything. I didn't feel like I was talking to a used car guy just trying to get me to sign by any means necessary. He explained everything perfectly. He sat at my kitchen table threw all the chaos and it felt like a friend more than a stranger intruding. I couldn't have asked for better!!!
