Haven't moved forward yet as project isn't urgent. Tiance and James were very personable and professional and provided a thorough understanding of the company's product options. They use high quality materials and pay afternoon to the details like how they handle dealing with your garden so it doesn't get destroyed in the process. Pricing is competitive and they offer financing which is helpful. Their guarantees are also a plus as they will take care of any inside damage if you ever had a leak. ... Read more

The technician was prompt band very courteous. He replaced the faulty windows that we’ve had for almost 15 years with new ones and it’s all under warranty. He was quick and made sure to wear a mask and booties. I was very impressed. He even fixed the rubber strip under our door (which wasn’t part of the service request) because he hated to see it in the condition it was in. Long Windows’ tech went above and beyond and he deserves 5 stars easily (6 even!)
