Be prepared for a two hour presentation to attempt to justify why they are 3x the price of quality competition. I tried to speed up my salesman, because I knew the products and he essentially told me I didn’t. Maybe he’s a young salesman still learning, but he unintentionally offended me and threw shade at my contractor family and friends. I love my new roof! It's nice to have the new roof with the security knowing the deck (wood panels between rafters and subroof) are all sound and good to last out the 35 year guarantee. I'm also pleased that the guarantee can be transferred if we sell during the next 12 years. The house is much easier to heat, since the new materials have better insulation properties than our old roof. I'm also really happy the materials are low maintenance.
