PROCEED WITH CAUTION. The salesman that showed up wouldn't take no for an answer. I mentioned 4 times I wanted to speak to my insurance before committing to anything and he wouldn't listen. He then said that in business you can agree to something and always change your mind later. I asked if that is how he does business and he assured me it was, so to get him to leave I agreed to the have the roof put on and cancelled as soon as I could. I actually found an ad on Facebook for Long Home. I answered a few questions and they called me immediately. A couple days later Raul G. came to my house and explained all the details to me. The materials that will be used, the whole installation process. He even helped me get finance for the installation of the roof. I will most definitely be using Long Home for any future home improvement projects and referring my friends to them.
