4 months to do a tub to walk in shower conversion and not done yet.They have lied many times, because of negligence cut water pipe ruining kitchen ceiling. Spilled purple plumbing adhesive on wall to wall. Toilet flange done incorrectly so did not pass inspection. Long Bath removed toilet and sink for room. Contacting 3rd party billing in October job was completed when it was not. They had not even replaced toilet or sink. Or fixed damages at thst point. So they lied. District manager now no... The salesman was very friendly, personal and sincere. He talked highly of the company as they are family owned and explained how the offices/corporate have a very home like atmosphere. The quality of the products are above and beyond others. The only thing we didn't appreciate was we had to make a decision at the time of our appointment in order to receive a discount.
