I am changing my review for Long Roofing! I understand that it was not the salesman misleading us but that an error was made with the first roof replacement and the sheathing/plywood should have been done. Long has corrected the mistake and completely stripped and reroofed the house. They were very responsive to the issues and did the right thing in correcting it. Update: 6/28/2022 - Called Long today about my new door that was installed in the Springtime. There are some spots in the door that cannot be removed & I need to have it looked at. I called & spoke to Tim Haefner who was very helpful and friendly in setting up an appointment to have someone come out to take a look at it.
What a wonderful experience we had with Tony Torlina. He was on time and very knowledgeable about a sliding glass door.
