Tim from Long Home Products returned my call promptly and set me up with an appointment to get my window replaced. The window was installed in June 2004 and had developed a leaky seal causing moisture to get inside. These windows have a lifetime warranty! I recommend Long Home Products!
I have a Long installed window that is in need of inspection and most likely repair and another old window that Id like replaced. Tim H. has been very helpful in getting my inspection set up for the repair and getting me in touch with sales for the new window. Hopefully the rest of my experience with Long will be as good as it has been up to this point.
