My initial meeting with the representative of Long Home Products was great, very thorough and professional. He never rushed me through any explanation, and I felt he wanted to make sure I understood all the facets involved in my roofing job. The installation itself went ok - there was a delay of a couple days and then the installer had to come back to finish up a part of the job left undone initially. Overall though, it went well and I am happy with the job they did.
