My Aunt needed to change her shower to a bathtub because of a recent surgery. I called Long and the Rep, Kate was professional, kind and a great listener. I didn’t feel like I was being sold something my Aunt didn’t need because Kate showed us all options available that were in our budget and spent 2 hours trying to get us a better price for the bathtub and she did! Recommended 10/10.
