Our service tech, Geo was very professional and helpful in fixing some of windows that had broken but were under warranty. If this review were just for him, it would be a 5-star review. However, the Long company overall uses high pressure tactics to make sales and then felt like they grabbed the money and ran. It took nearly two years (started before pandemic work stoppages) to get their customer service to respond to requests to fix windows that were under warranty. I would not use them again. Read less
