Products are good, but installation is shoddy. Installation team was late each day and, while it was a "one day" installation, they didn't leave until nearly 11 pm. Not properly sealed drain on one tub lead to ceiling damage in the kitchen. Caulking application was inconsistent, leading to movement in the wall panel. I just knew that when I submitted my plan to "Angie" to replace the shower in one of my bathrooms I was going to barraged by LOTS of people with big plans for how to best get the job done.
