One of the very few companies that will replace a flat roof on a home. They did a good job replacing rotten plywood. Finished the 560 sq roof on my 30 year old addition with sloped shingles in 1 1/2 days. Sales, of course, prepared and offered a special deal (and good financing) when we signed up on the same day as they came. A necessary job that seems to have been done well - time and the 20 yr flat roof guarantee will tell for sure.
I had my windows replaced over 20 years ago by Long, and have the No-Nonsense Warranty. They have always provided great customer service whenever I've had some problems, never hesitating to set an appointment. They are always professional, both on the phone and in person. Had windows replaced in whole house since then I’m call regularly to replace gas leaks in glass and it takes forever lately they keep breaking them in transportation this is the third time my patients is running thin
